Carole is special. She makes it her focus - to look after people and ensure they think through the process and then does the leg work. She knows her stuff!

 

Katie and Bryn  -   Sold their Townhouse and they bought the blue house of their dreams.

This woman deserves a medal for putting up with me. Over and over again I said “No” to condo  after condo. Yet she was always pleasant and patience. She even likes me!

 

Ann  -   Ann live with Teddy a 50 pound dog, she loves to garden and we needed a room for  her baby grand piano so she could keep on playing.

I intend to buy and sell several properties over the next few years and I would not hesitate to call on Carole to handle all of them. She did a terrific job for me!

Have used Carole for a purchase and a sale now – I’m very impressed. I did shop around for realtors both times and found Carole’s negotiating skills and organization skills to be for superior to other agents. She’s great!

 

Bought her new place with the most amazing deck like she dream of. 1 year later sold her place in Kit’s decide that being a landlord was just not for her.

We really enjoyed working with Carole and look forward to working with her again in the future.
